Zawar Muhammad Abbas resident of Asqurdas district Nagar in Gilgit-Baltistan recovered from COVID-19 after two months and he has been allowed to go home happily on Saturday.
Zawar Abbas was first quarantined on February 26 in Taftan Baluchistan when he returned from pilgrimage in Islamic Republic of Iran. Spending 14 times in different quarantine centers in Baluchistan, Sindh and Punjab, he reached his hometown Nagar valley Gilgit-Baltistan on March 21.
Since February 26, he was tested six times and four tests were positive. After quarantined in Nagar, his two tests showed negative and that’s why he was happily released from quarantined center Rakaposhi on April 25.
