Another panic situation amid of COVID-19 locked down in Hunza

Residents of Aliabad, the district headquater of Hunza faced another panic situation amid of COVID-19 locked down when a flash flood hit Gowanch Har – a seasonal route of the flood.
The flood blocked KKH for hours.
Local communities agitated against local administration and NHA for not taking mitigative measures to protect lives and properties.
More than 300 households are living on both side of Gowanch Har – the natural rout of this annual flood.
The residents demanded that the government must act immediately with protective and sustainable solution.
