First COVID-19 cases in Hunza tested positive
First COVID-19 case reported in Hunza this afternoon.
Health Department GB sources said that one employee affiliated with TB control program based in District Hospotal Aliabad is tested COVID-19 positive today. The patient is resident of Chalt, Nagar district.
Tests of all health staff from district Hunza were taken last week, sources said. The patient has been shifted to isolation centre in Karimabad Hunza.
“I am feeling well and so far there is no any visible symptoms. I am regular on my fasting too” said Mr Basharat.
